Will Thoppil Joppan to fight with Pulimurugan in Box office?
Mohanlal starrer big budget movie Pulimurugan had announced its releasing date three days before. The film will hit the screens on October 7 this year and it will be the time of Pooja Holidays here in Kerala. This Vysakh directorial, Udaya Krishna scripted movie is the most anticipated Malayalam movie of this year and the name Mohanlal is enough to make people wait for eternity for a movie here in Mollywood. The movie will be released in record number of screens here in Kerala and will be looking for a big worldwide release as well. As per the rumors doing its round in Social Media, it seems that Pulimurugan will have an opponent in the box office that time and it will be none other than a Mammootty film named Thoppil Joppan.
Thoppil Joppan is a family entertainer directed by Johny Antony and scripted by Nishad Koya. Mammootty playing the lead in this flick along with Andrea Jeremiah and Mamta Mohandas who are playing the female lead in it. He will be seen as a Kabaddi team owner and a player as well in that team. Earlier the movie was planned as an Onam release of this year. Now some report says that it will be an October release and they too looking for the Pooja Holiday window. The film is in its post-production stage now and the makers will soon announce its release date officially.
