Tamil Superstar Surya to produce his brother Karthi’s movie for the first time!
The latest news from Kollywood is that Superstar Surya is all set to produce a movie for his brother Karthi. It was at the audio launch of Tamil movie Sema, Rajasekara Pandian – the partner of Surya’s production company 2D Entertainments, revealed the big news.
The untitled movie in which Karthi playing the lead actor will be directed by Pandiraj. This is the second time Pandiraj is directing a movie for 2D Entertainments. Earlier, he directed critically acclaimed Pasanga 2, in which Surya also appeared in a guest role.
It was in 2013 Surya produced his first movie 36 Vayadhinile under the banner of 2D Entertainments and that movie also was the comeback film for his wife Jothika. Surya’s 2D Entertainment earlier produced his own hit movie 24 as well as Jyothika starrer movie Magalir Mattum. Suryas’s next titled as Theeran Adhigaram Ondru
is being co-produced by 2D Entertainments and K. E. Gnanavel Raja’s Studio Green.
Meanwhile, Karthi’s last release Kaatru Veliyidai directed by ace director Maniratnam tanked at the box office. The actor moved to his next movie titled as Theeran Adhigaram Ondru, which will be directed by H Vinoth.
