No Mohanlal and Mammootty: It is going to be youngsters Eid in Mollywood this year!
The Eid season is coming and Eid movies are getting ready for release as well. The movies will start to grace the screens from June 23rd and reports suggests that there will not be Mohanlal and Mammootty films in this Eid here in Mollywood. Last year, there was a Mammootty movie named Kasaba released as a part of the Eid celebration, even though it did not make much of an impression with its box office performance. As per reports, this Eid season is going to be of the new generation actors in Mollywood.
Fahad Fazil will come up with two films in this Eid. One will be Dileesh Pothen directorial after Maheshinte Prathikaram. It has been titled as Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum. The second one will be Role Models directed by Rafi. Prithviraj Sukumaran is coming up with Tiyaan, which will be the biggest release in his career and it is one among the big budget movies ever made in Mollywood as well.
Asif Ali – Unni Mukundan team is coming with Avarude Ravukal directed by Shanil Muhammad and Vineeth Sreenivasan coming up with Oru Cinemakkaran directed by Leo Thaddeus. Apart from these Malayalam movies, Allu Arjun starrer Telugu film DJ and Salman Khan starrer Hindi Film Tubelight will also grace the screens here in this Eid.
