Release date revealed for Nivin Pauly starrer Sakhavu!
Sakhavu is one of the most awaited movies of this year, starring young star Nivin Pauly in the lead. It is written and directed by popular director Sidharth Siva who had made critically acclaimed films like 101 Chodyangal, Ain, and Kochavva Paulo Ayyappa Coelho.
The filming of Sakhavu had started in last year May, and later the filming got delayed due to various issues like demonetization and Nivin Pauly’s other commitments. The filming was completed last month and they had also released the first look poster of the flick many weeks back. Now, they had confirmed the releasing date of the movie as well. Reports suggest that Sakahvu will hit the screens on the 15th April this year as a Vishu release.
The movie has been produced by B Rakesh under the banner of Universal Cinema. Other lead characters in this movie are played by artists like Aishwarya Rajesh, Gayathri Suresh, Sreenivasan, Maniyan Pillai Raju, Joju George, Aparna Gopinath etc. George C Williams who shot to fame through the Atlee- Vijay movie Theri had cranked the camera for this movie and Prashant Pillai is composing the music.
It will be an intense political drama which will have all commercial elements to entertain the audience as well as per reports. The trailer of the film will be released within a few weeks from now.
