Oru Mexican Aparatha First Week Collection Report
Oru Mexican Aparatha is one among the Malayalam Movies which released on the 3rd March this year. This campus political thriller has been written and directed by a debutant named Tom Emmatty and Tovino Thomas played the lead in it along with Neeraj Madhav and Roopesh Peethambaran.
This flick had got off to a terrific start at the box office even though it got mixed reviews. Most of the reviews were positive at first and that had made the film to get a superb start. The hype factor also helped the movie big time.
As per the unofficial reports that is coming in, this movie had collected above 12 crores from its first week in Kerala box office and it is one of the biggest openings for a Malayalam movie after Pulimurugan, Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol, Ezra, and Oppam.
Pulimurugan had got more than 25 crores from its first week and Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol had got near 13.7 crores. Ezra too had got over 13 crores from first 7 days and Oppam had got over 12 crores as well.
But Oru Mexican Aparatha has been exceptional when we considering the fact that it is a movie from youngsters who are not that popular and big guns in the industry. Even though the film had slowed down after the first 4 days, it will end up as another blockbuster in Mollywood this year after Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol and Ezra.
