Mohanlal talks about 1971 Beyond Borders and his excitement of doing things that never done before!
After 3 continuous Blockbusters in Mollywood, Mohanlal is waiting for the release of his upcoming movie named 1971 Beyond Borders and it will hit the screens on 7th April this year.
In a recent Media interview, Mohanlal talked about the experience of working in this war drama and playing the character of an army officer again. He said that he is always considered it as an honor. He feels blessed and honored when he wear that army uniform and it always gives him a feeling that cannot be expressed in words. Mohanlal also said about the highlight of this movie, which is a war sequence that involves real tanks.
He said that even though he had driven a lot of vehicles in movies and even shot scenes which involve flying aircraft, he had driven an army tank for the very first time in his life. He may be the first Indian actor to do so as well. It was such things that excite him, which he had not done before. That is what attracted him to this movie as well. The film is shot in locations at Rajasthan, Punjab, Kochi, Palakkad and Georgia.

Sujith Vasudev is the DOP of this movie and it involves a fair amount of VFX works as well. The movie will get a big release all over India in April.
