Mammootty to be seen in a negative role in Uncle; First look poster out!
Mega Star Mammootty had played some negative shade roles in his career and won great appreciations as well for his performance. The most popular among his negative roles is the one from the movie named Vidheyan directed by Adoor Gopalakrishnan. He played a character named Bhaskara Pattelar in it. Then we saw him play such a character in the movie named Paleri Manikyam directed by Renjith.
As per the latest reports coming in, Mammootty will be seen playing such a character in his upcoming movie named Uncle as well. The first look poster of this movie has been released last day and it may grace the screens by this year May. Uncle has been directed by a debutant named Gireesh Damodar and it has been scripted by the popular director and actor Joy Mathew.
Mammootty sporting a stylish look in this movie with a beard and the first look poster got decent reception from his fans and film lovers last day. Uncle is said to be a kind of road movie as travel forms an important part of the story of this film.
Along with Mammootty, artists like Asha Sharath, Joy Mathew, Karthika Muraleedharan etc will be seen playing important characters in this film. Mammootty’s character in this flick will not be a completely negative one, but will have a negative shade to it, says report.
