Jayasurya is coming up with the biopic of VP Sathyan!
Popular Actor Jayasurya always tries to select different movies and challenging characters to play. More than a star, he wants to present himself as a very good actor in front of the audience and for the past few years, he is trying for that and getting success in that as well. He experiments with the genre of films which he does every year and next year, he is coming with a biopic and may be the first in his career. Jayasurya had announced two days back that he is going to play Indian Football Legend VP Sathyan in his next movie, which has been titled as Captain.
Jayasurya about the movie ‘Captain’:
VP Sathyan is a legend in Indian Football, who has been the captain of Indian national football team who played as a center back for his team. He is one of the best ever Footballer produced by Kerala and it was very sad and unfortunate that he had met with an untimely death. VP Sathyan had committed Suicide in 2006, as he jumped out of a moving train. Financial problems said to be the reason behind his suicide.
This Biopic named Captain will be written and directed by Prajesh Sen, a debutant and this big budget movie will be bankrolled by TL George under the banner of Goodwill Entertainments.
