Mohanlal’s ‘1971 Beyond Borders’ teaser to be unveiled on March 2nd
The makers of the Malayalam movie 1971 Beyond Borders announced that the teaser of the movie will be unveiled on March 2nd at 6 PM. The teaser will be unveiled by Complete Actor Mohanlal through his official Facebook page.
Major Ravi directional 1971 Beyond Borders is the fourth installment in the Major Mahadevan Movie series and is produced by Haneef Mohammad under the banner of Ren Rose Creations.
The movie will see Mohanlal reprising the iconic role of Major Mahadevan once again after Keerthichakra, Kurukshetra, and Kandahar. This time Mohanlal is essaying double roles in this movie. The other role will be Colonel Sahadevan, father to Mahadevan. As per the reports, this movie will be based on the true events of 1971 India – Pakistan war. The plot of the movie is centered on Sahadevan.
There is a huge craze for this movie among movie lovers and this made fans to design many fan-made posters. A few days back Mohanlal Fans Club through their YouTube channel launched a fan-made motion poster for this movie. The motion poster edited by Dileep Thiruvonam went viral over the social media platforms and already hit 1 Lakh views.

Asha Sharath will play the female lead in this movie. The rest of the cast of this Major Ravi movie includes Hindi actor Arunodhay Singh, Allu Sirish, Renji Panicker, Krishna Kumar, Sudheer Karamana and Manikuttan, among many others. The movie will hit the screen on April 7th as Mohanlal’s Vishu release. This movie will also be dubbed in Hindi and Telugu.
