Viji Thampi to direct a big budget movie with Prithviraj in the lead; Is it Velu Thampi Dalawa?
Director Viji Thampi’s last movie happened four years back in 2013. It was Dileep starrer Nadodimannan and after that, he hadn’t directed any movie till now.
The latest news is that Viji Thampi is coming with a big budget movie. It seems like it was for this mega budget movie, the director takes such a long break.
This mega budget movie will have Young Superstar Prithviraj playing the lead role and actor confirmed it. Earlier Viji Thampi directed Prithviraj in movies like Nammal Thammil and Krithyam. This will be the third collaboration of the actor-director duo.
A few years back, there were reports that Viji Thampi is making a movie based on the life of Velu Thampi Dalawa with Prithviraj in the lead. But, later there were no updates about that movie. So, there are some unconfirmed reports saying that this newly announced movie would be that same movie which will be based on the life of Velu Thampi Dalawa. Anyway, no official announcement has been made on this.
Meanwhile, Prithviraj’s next release will be romantic thriller titled Adam Joan written and directed by Jinu Abraham.
