Remuneration of Mohanlal had touched 10 crores in other languages!
With 3 back to back blockbusters in just 60 day time, the Complete Actor Mohanlal had done a business over 300 crores in South Indian Film Industry. It is a unique achievement as no other Indian Super Stars had never ever delivered 3 blockbusters and that too all-time biggest blockbusters in 60 day time. Among these 3 blockbusters, 2 of them crossed 100 crore mark at the box office and one of them had touched the 60 crore mark as well. The first blockbuster was Telugu Movie Janatha Garage, which had collected 140 crores. Then came Oppam which collected 60 crores from its worldwide run and then the historical success of Puli Murugan which had surpassed 100 crores at the box office as well. Now, Mohanlal had become an undisputed Super Star in South Indian Film industry and reports says that the demand for him in other languages is getting to a very high level. As per report, his remuneration in other languages had touched 10 crore mark.
In Mollywood also he is the one who gets the maximum remuneration from 1986, the year in which he becomes a superstar. Reports say that before Pulimurugan, his remuneration was 3 to 3.5 crore and now it had grown up to 4.5- 5 crore. Anyway, Mohanlal had become one of the best ever crowd pullers in South Indian Cinema.
