Pulimurugan sets another record in Ernakulam Multiplexes on its 30th Day!
There is no need for special mentions that Mohanlal starrer Pulimurugan is breaking and setting records one after the other all around the globe. It became a usual thing after the release of Pulimurugan. Each day, some record or the other breaks down before the epic run of Pulimurugan and each and every screen showing this movie is witnessing a never seen before crowd response as well. In Ernakulam multiplexes too, the film had made a number of records and it is still making records there. On its 30th day, it had made another record there as it had become the First ever Malayalam movie to have 2 lakh viewers there. Only Hollywood film Jungle Book is in front of Pulimurugan there in terms of collection and footfalls.

Now, it is almost sure that Pulimurugan will surpass Jungle Book too in a few days. Jungle Book had a gross near 3.72 crore from there and Pulimurugan had already reached 3.11 crore from just 30 days. It had also become the highest Malayalam grosser there and also the first ever Malayalam movie to gross 3 crores from there. Earlier it had set the record of Fastest 1 crore (Malayalam), 2 crores grosser at Ernakulam multiplexes as well. Pulimurugan also holds the record for the movie that played most number of houseful shows there as well.
