Mohanlal starrer epic Mollywood box office success named Puli Murugan had created another history in Kerala as it had crossed 7 crore mark from Trivandrum City alone. As per the latest reports that are coming in, the gross of this movie from Trivandrum City alone crossed 7 crore rupees and it is an all-time biggest record in Kerala. To gross more than 7 crores from a single city in Kerala alone is just exceptional to say the very least. Pulimurugan had achieved this feat from its 65 days run there in Trivandrum City. It had also broken the record set by Baahubali in Trivandrum Ariesplex by becoming the highest grosser from there as well. The collection of Pulimurugan from Ariesplex is now moving towards the 3 crore mark.

Pulimurugan had touched 150 crores total business till now and the worldwide collection of the movie had crossed 135 crores. The Kerala gross of the movie till now is 80 crore+ and from UAE/GCC market it had grossed over 33.20 crores as well. From rest of India market, it grossed above 9.5 crores and USA-UK collections together crossed 3.65 crores. When rest of the world contributed above 1.5 crores, the worldwide collection of its Telugu dubbed version had crossed 6.5 crores as well.
