Mohanlal’s Ittimani will have a schedule in China as well, says the director duo
Complete Actor Mohanlal is all set to join hands with newcomers Jibi and Joju for a comedy entertainer titled as Ittimani Made in China. The director duo said that it will be complete comedy entertainer just like vintage Mohanlal movies like Vellanakalude Nadu, Chithram, Kilukkam etc. They also said that the movie will have a short schedule in China as well.
In this film, Mohanlal will be seen playing a Thrissur native and the story will be based on Kunnamkulam. The director duo had penned down the screenplay of this movie as well. It will be produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas and the film will start rolling in the first quarter of next year.
Jibi and Joju worked under Martin Prakkatt and Jibu Jacob in films like Charlie, Vellimoonga and Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol. They will finalize the rest of the cast and crew of Ittimani made in China once Mohanlal completes his work in Prithviraj directorial movie Lucifer by the end of this month.
After completing Lucifer, Mohanlal will do AMMA show in Dubai and also take part in Odiyan promotion. By December 10th, he will join the set of Priyadarshan directorial magnum opus Marakkar: The Lion of Arabian Sea. He had committed Siddique directorial Big Brother as well.
