Mohanlal as College Principal in Lal Jose directional movie!
Aashirvad Cinemas is coming up with some big projects which include a Mohanlal – Lal Jose movie. It is for the first time Lal Jose is directing a movie with Superstar Mohanlal in the lead. Interestingly, he made his directional debut through a Mammootty movie titled Oru Maravathoor Kanavu and then made some popular Superhit movies. But, he never directed a movie with the biggest star of Mollywood. Now, it’s happening!
The talented director earlier told that making a movie with such a big star is a huge responsibility and he was looking for a strong script to make a movie with Mohanlal in lead. It seems like he got a strong script now and that is happening right now.
This Mohanlal – Lal Jose movie produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas has script written by Benny P Nayarambalam. The movie will be light-hearted humourous movie. This untitled movie has Mohanlal playing the role of a College Principal.

Earlier, Lal Jose planned a movie with Mohanlal and Prithviraj in lead and titled as Cousins. However that doesn’t happen and project shelved. Now, movie lovers are eagerly waiting for the this actor – director combo, which was many movie lovers wish. However, this movie will start its shooting next year. There are also reports that Mohanlal’s next after B Unnikrishnan directional Villain is this movie.
