Mammootty to play a guest role in Nadirsha’s Mera Naam Shaji?
Superhit director Nadirsha is all set to start his new venture after the success of Amar Akbar Anthony and Kattappanayile Rithwik Roshan. His 3rd film is titled as Mera Naam Shaji and it will have 3 heroes in it. Biju Menon, Asif Ali and Baiju Santhosh will play the lead roles in this movie, which will start rolling from tomorrow.
Now a rumor is spreading in social media that Megastar Mammootty may play a cameo in this movie. Even though there is no official confirmation regarding this news, we heard that there is a chance that Mammootty may make a guest appearance in it. Meanwhile, Asif Ali is playing a cameo in Mammootty starrer Unda, which has been on floors now.
Nadirsha-Mammootty team had earlier planned a movie in which Mammootty was supposed to play a dwarf. Later, a report came that Mammootty is going to play a dwarf in Sohan Seenulal directorial movie. Mera Naam Shaji will tell the story of three Shaji’s who hails from 3 different cities in Kerala. One is from Trivandrum, the second one is from Calicut and the third Shaji is from Kochi.
Nikhila Vimal to play the female lead in this movie and artists like Sreenivasan, Ganesh Kumar, Dharmajan, Renjini Haridas and Jomon will be a part of the cat list of this flick as well. Dileep Ponnan and Shani Khader had written the flick.
