Mammootty starrer Karnan’s budget increased after the official declaration of Mahabharata? Unconfirmed reports says so…
The Mahabharata, the Mohanlal starrer movie which will be directed by VA Sreekumar Menon based on the screenplay of MT Vasudevan Nair is the center of attraction in Indian Cinema now. This movie which will be produced by B R Shetty, is going to be the biggest budget movie ever made in India as well. It will be made using 1000 crore rupees.
Now, there are some reports coming in that, in the light of these new developments, the budget of Mega Star Mammootty’s Karnan will be increased.
Earlier it was planned to be made using 50 crores and now some unconfirmed reports coming in that, the makers of this movie is trying to increase the budget of this flick up to 150 or 200 crores. P Sreekumar had scripted this movie and it will be directed by Madhupal.
The name of the producer of this movie is not yet revealed and there is no confirmation about when it will start rolling as well. Reports say that this movie is in its pre-production stage and it will only start in next year. But after its announcement by P Sreekumar last year, there is no official news regarding any developments of this project.
Meanwhile, Prithviraj starrer movie named Karnan is also in its pre-production stage, which will be made using 300 crore rupees.
