Lucifer storms into the top 5 Mollywood’s worldwide grosser list in just 5 days
Mohanlal starrer Lucifer is continuing with its box office rampage all over the world. The film showed no signs of slowing down even on its working day. On last day too, it had played more than 1300 shows here in Kerala and in the overseas market too it had shown a rock steady performance.
The flick had already stormed into the list of the Top 5 worldwide Box office grossers from Mollywood in just 5 day time. The interesting thing is that, out of those 5 top worldwide grossers, Mohanlal is present in 4 movies. Pulimurugan, Kayamkulam Kochunni, Drishyam, and Lucifer are those four movies. Nivin Pauly starrer Premam is the only movie in that list which has no Mohanlal in it.
When we see the extended list of top 10 movies, Mohanlal movies like Odiyan and Oppam are present in 6th to 10th positions. Dileep’s 2 countries, Prithviraj’s Ennu Ninte Moideen etc are the other movies which made a place in that list. In Top 10 worldwide grossers of Mollywood, Mohanlal had made his place 6 times and that itself shows why people call Mollywood as Mohanlalwood. Lucifer had reportedly grossed over 60 crores from its worldwide run till now.
