Lucifer enters the list of top 10 Indian Grossers in GCC-UAE box office
Mohanlal starrer movie Lucifer is still going strong all over the world. The flick had grossed above 115 crores from worldwide and the Kerala gross of this movie is above 56 crores in 18 days. Now, the film had created a new history for Malayalam Cinema at gulf market, by making a place in the list of top 10 Indian grossers there.
It had grossed around 5.33 million dollars from there and become the 10th biggest grossing Indian movie from UAE/GCC Market. The Mighty Baahubali 2 leads the list with a gross over 10 million from there. Movies like Bhajrangi Bhaijan, Dangal, Sultan, Dilwale, Tiger Zinda Hai, Dhoom 3, Happy New Year, Raees etc occupy the 2nd to 9th spots in the list respectively.
Lucifer had crossed 7 million from the overseas market and made a place among the biggest overseas grossers as well. It had also become the first Malayalam Movie to gross over 10 crores from the Rest of India Market and only the third movie to gross over 50 crores from Kerala alone. It had created new records for Mollywood in USA, UK, and Europe as well.
