Jeethu Joseph – Ansar Khan team to come up with Lakshyam!
After Oozham, which released in this Onam season, Master Director Jeethu Joseph is coming up with a movie named Lakshyam. But he will not be directing this project as one his friend named Ansar Khan is making his debut as director through this thriller. Jeethu Joseph had written the screenplay of this movie which will start to roll from this coming November. Popular actors Biju Menon and Indrajith Sukumaran to play the lead characters in it and Shivada will play the female lead in it. Most part of this movie will be shot in a forest area and most of the time, the screen space will be occupied by only two characters.
The plot revolves around the transporting of two convicts from Peerumedu to Ernakulam. Indrajith plays an IT guy named Vimal and Biju Menon will play a character named Musthafa, who lives in a slum area. The past and present of the characters play an important role in the narration of the plot. The flick will be shot at Kochi, Kannur and Athirappilly and most of the time it will present the journey of these two characters through a forest.
The movie Lakshyam is based on the award-winning Telefilm made earlier by Anzar Khan, named Mukhamukham. The movie will kick start once Indrajith finishes his upcoming project named Tiyan which was directed by Jiyen Krishna Kumar.
