I am a Big Mohanlal fan, says Divya Pillai!
Divya Pillai had shot to fame through the movie named Ayal Njanalla starred by Fahad Fazil and directed by Vineeth Kumar last year. Even though the film was not a great box office success, the character played by Divya gets noticed. She was looking gorgeous and given a matured performance as well in that flick. Now, in this Onam season she had come up with her next film and it is a biggie. It is Oozham directed and scripted by Jeethu Joseph and starred by Young Super Star Prithvi Raj Sukumaran. Oozham has got a decent response from the audience and Divya Pillai’s performance got appreciated as well. Now, in a recent interview, Divya Pillai said that she is a great fan of Mohanlal and Kilukkam is her favorite Malayalam movie.
Even though she is a Malayali, she was born and brought up in Dubai and now she works as a ground staff in Fly Airways Dubai as well. She had come to cine field by chance. When she attended the marriage function of one of her friends, she was spotted by director Vineeth Kumar and later they contacted her to play the character named Heera in Fahad Fazil starrer Ayal Njanalla.
Now, with the success of Oozham, she hopes that she will get more opportunity in Mollywood.
