Haneef Adeni to team with Mammootty again for a stylish movie like The Great Father!
The Great Father, which has been released on March 30th this year, had become the career best grosser of Mega Star Mammootty. From its worldwide run, it had grossed over 35 crores and reports suggest that its total business may end up over 50 crores as well. A debutant named Haneef Adeni had written and directed this family thriller and it has been bankrolled by August Cinemas owned by Prithviraj Sukumaran, Santhosh Sivan, Arya and Shaji Nadeshan. Arya had played an important character in this film as well along with Mammootty, Sneha, and Baby Anikha. Now, an unconfirmed report is coming in that Haneef Adeni is planning his next with Mammootty as well.
There were some reports earlier that, Haneef Adeni had got the dates of both Mohanlal and Prithviraj and he may do his next with one of them in the lead. But rumours say that he is now planning his next flick with Mammootty again and it will also be a stylish movie like The Great Father. Mohanlal is too busy with big budget projects and Prithviraj too is very busy with his previously committed projects.
The Great Father was Mammootty’s first big hit in last 7 years. Only Bhaskar the Rascal which released in 2015 had become a genuine box office success in last 7 years for him.
