Censor Board Issue again: This time related to Katrina Kaif and the film Bar Bar Dekho!
The issue with censor board is nowadays very frequent in Indian Cinema. We saw many examples recently and the Udta Punjab issue had become a sensation all over India as well. As per reports, the winter session of Parliament is all set to pass a bill which will take away all powers from the censor board and that bill will make it a board only to certify the movie and they will not have the power to ask for any sort of edit from a movie unless it is Anti- National. The latest censor issue had come related to the Bollywood movie named Bar Bar Dekho starred by Sidharth Malhotra and Katrina Kaif.
The censor Board asked the team behind the movie to edit some scenes from the movie and they said that in one scene they shows the Brazier of Katrina Kaif and in another scene, they makes a dialogue about Savitha Bhabhi, who is a porn character popular Hindi comics. The film Makers are wondering what’s wrong with that dialogue and scene. That dialogue was indeed told in a humorous manner and they ask if the name of a porn character can’t be mentioned in a movie, then how a porn star like Sunny Leon acting in Bollywood movies.
The censor board was adamant in their stand and they had given a U/A certificate for the movie as per reports.
