After Anandham, Mammootty-Linguswamy team to unite again!
Mega Star Mammootty is all set to do a Tamil movie next year as well and that too with Super Hit Kollywood director Linguswamy. Linguswamy had made his debut as a director through the movie named Anandham in which Mammootty played the lead role. Now, he is again making a movie with Mammootty and more details about this movie is unknown. There are reports that this Mammootty-Linguswamy project will take off from the last month of this year after Mammootty finished his two Malayalam movies directed by Haneef Adeni and Shyam Dhar respectively. Mammootty is now doing a Tamil film named Peranbu which is directing by Thankameenkal fame Ram. Suraj Venjarammoodu also playing a key role in this movie which will be his debut movie in Tamil. This film will tell the story of the intense emotional relationship between a father and a daughter. Popular Kollywood actress Anjali is playing the female lead in it.
Linguswamy had earlier directed movies like Anandham, Run, Vettai, Anjan, Bheema, Payya, Sandakkozhi etc and there were reports that he is planning Sandakkozhi 2 with Vishal. But now, it is sure that he will think about Sandakkozhi sequel only after this Mammootty film. He met Mammootty a few days back at Chennai and narrated the story of the movie. Mammootty reportedly gave him the dates right after hearing the story, as he was very impressed with Linguswamy’s narration.
