Vikram to do Don’t Breath remake with Kamal Haasan
Chiyaan Vikram had almost completed his works in Gautham Menon movie named Dhruvanatchathiram and all set to join his next. It will be the Tamil remake of the Hollywood movie named Don’t Breath and this flick will be bankrolled by none other than Kamal Haasan under his banner named Raj Kamal Film International.
Vikram will play a blind old man in this flick and this untitled movie will be directed by Rajesh M Selva, who had earlier directed Thoongavanam with Kamala Hassan in the lead. Kamal Haasan’s daughter Akshara Hassan will be playing the female lead in it.
Trident Arts will co-produce this movie and it will be the 45th movie under the banner of Raj Kamal Film International. Ghibran will tune the songs for this film and camera will be cranked by Srinivasa Reddy. Vikram’s latest release named Saamy Square didn’t do well at box office and he is in search of a big hit for some time.
Stephen Lang’s Don’t Breath tells the story of 3 thieves who break into the house of a blind man to rob him. But the blind man has some extraordinary skills and the thieves got trapped inside that house. The man starts his hunt for the thieves inside the home and the film shows the efforts of those thieves to survive.
