Vikata Kumaran Review: This brilliant idiot will give you wholesome entertainment!
Vikata Kumaran, directed by popular director Boban Samuel, hit the big screens today. Y V Rajesh had written the screenplay for this movie in which Vishnu Unnikrishnan and Dharmajan Bolgatty is playing the lead roles. Manasa Radhakrishnan is playing the female lead in it and this flick has been bankrolled by Chand V Creations owned by Arun Ghosh and Bejoy Chandran. The trailer and songs from this movie have been got great attention from people and thus it becomes a much-anticipated movie.
The plot of this film revolves around the characters played by Vishnu Unnikrishnan, who is playing an advocate named Binu. Dharmajan Bolgatty is playing his assistant and Manasa is playing his love interest named Sindhu. He is not a popular advocate and not getting a break in his career. Then, a case comes to him which turns his life around and the film shows what really happens in his life after he decides to appear as an advocate in that particular case.
Boban Samuel is known for his films which tells the story through humorous situations and Y V Rajesh is known for his thrilling comedy entertainers. When these two joined hands again, they had given a complete entertainer which will make you laugh as well as thrill. The plot situations were convincing and the situational humor is the highlight of this screenplay. Boban Samuel had given a very good visual language to the screenplay.
The performance from Vishnu Unnikrishnan has been once again fantastic and his onscreen chemistry with Dharmajan was the highlight of this movie. Both of them had sizzled on the screen with their comedy timing and played their characters with perfection. Manasa Radhakrishnan had done a decent job as the female lead and other like Rafi, Jayaraj Warrier, Indrans, Baiju, Jinu Jose, Sunil Sugatha, Devika Nambiar, Parvathy Nair, Sreelakshmi Geethanandan, Seema G Nair etc also done well in this film.
The music was scored by Rahul Raj and he did a fine job with songs and background music. The DOP of this flick was Ajay David Kachappilly and his frames captured the thrilling atmosphere very well. Deepu Joseph is the one who worked as the editor of this flick and his cuts provided smooth flow to the narration of the plot.
In total, Vikadakumaran is a very good comedy entertainer which will offer you complete entertainment for a little over than 2 hour time. It will make you a laugh a lot and will give you some thrilling moments as well.
