Tovino Thomas: The rising star in Mollywood now!
Tovino Thomas, we really noticed this name after his character in the movie named Ennu Ninte Moideen. His character named Appu had really conquered the hearts of Malayalees and he became one of the most loved young actors here in Mollywood. Even though he did very well in movies like ABCD, Koothara, You Too Brutus, etc, Ennu Ninte Moideen had given him the break he needed in his career. Later we saw him playing a mass villain in Style and got the applause of the audience. Now he becomes one of the most sought after young actor in Mollywood. He has lots of projects in his hand and he is not afraid of experimenting with his characters as well. Next week his film Guppy will hit the screens, directed by Debutant John Paul George.
He had started the filming of Godha in which he plays a wrestler, directed by Basil Joseph and he will have some interesting projects coming up as well. Oru Mexican Aparatha by Tom Emmatty will be his next after Godha. It will be a period film set in 1970’s. Tom Emmatty had roped him in for another project as well. It will tell the story based on the period of 1520’s and it will be a 3D movie as well named Hano. He will have a project named Tick Tock in 2017 which is based on the time travel concept. In Prithviraj movie Ezra too, he is playing an important character.
