Tovino Thomas is on a signing spree now as yet another film has been announced!
Young Star Tovino Thomas is now on a signing spree as one more film starring Tovino in the lead will start rolling from this coming August. He had completed movies like Tharangam and the untitled Tamil – Malayalam bilingual directed by debutant BR Vijayalakshmi. He is now finishing up his works in the movie named Mayanadhi directing by Ashiq Abu and scripted by Shyam Pushkaran – Dileesh Nair team. Now, a new film has been announced with the title Maradona starring Tovino in the lead and it will be directed by a debutant named Vishnu Narayanan.
Maradona will be bankrolled by Tamil actor Dhanush under his production banner named Wunderbar Films and it will be his second production venture with Tovino Thomas in the lead. The above-mentioned movie named Tharangam directed by debutant Dominic Arun is also produced by Dhanush under the banner of Wunderbar Films.
Debutant Saranya will play the female lead in Maradona and artists like Chemban Vinod, Titto Jose, Kichu Tellus and Leona Lishoy will be seen playing important characters in this movie as well.
Tovino Thomas had also committed to doing the first time travel movie in Malayalam titled as Tik Tok and one epic movie named Chengazhi Nambiar, which will be directed by Sidhil Subrahmanian. He may do a movie with Tom Emmatty again, titled as Haano.
