Thoppil Joppan becomes a success because it came with Pulimurugan, says Johny Antony!
Mohanlal’s Pulimurugan and Mammootty’s Thoppil Joppan had released on the same day, October 7 in Kerala. When Pulimurugan went on to become the biggest ever box office success in Mollywood, creating waves all over the country, Thoppil Joppan had become a decent box office success as well. Even though there are many confusions regarding the actual gross collection of the movie, the film had almost touched 10 crores from Kerala as of now. It is a decent figure, when have to consider the challenge posed by Pulimurugan. Thoppil Joppan is a movie, which was made using 6.5 crores and it has to earn around 15 crores to end up us a clear cut box office winner. Now, director Johny Antony comes out and said to media in a press conference that Thoppil Joppan becomes a box office success because it came with Pulimurugan.

He said that family audience are the ones which made this movie a success.
