Suresh Gopi’s 257th Film, the Thriller ‘Varaham’: Suraj and Gautham Menon Join the Stellar Cast
After the success of the crime thriller “Garudan,” which marked Suresh Gopi’s previous theatrical release, the iconic superstar gears up for his 257th film, “Varaham.” Directed by Sanal V Devan, the upcoming thriller was officially announced through a title poster yesterday.
What sets “Varaham” apart is its remarkable ensemble cast, featuring the immensely talented Suraj Venjaramood and the versatile Gautham Vasudev Menon. The chemistry among these stars is anticipated to inject a unique dynamic into the intense narrative, ensuring a compelling watch for avid movie enthusiasts.
Produced by Maverik Movies Pvt Ltd and Sanjaypadiyoor Entertainments, the film has been in production in Ernakulam since December 18. The title announcement has generated considerable excitement, and with the addition of Suraj and Gautham Vasudev Menon to the cast, “Varaham” is poised to deliver a thrilling cinematic experience.
“Varaham” marks Sanal V Devan’s second directorial venture after last year’s debut, “Kunjamminis Hospital.” The film features cinematography by Ajay David Kachappilly and a captivating musical score composed by Rahul Raj. Mansoor Muthutty handles the editing, while Mr. Rajakrishnan oversees sound design. The team also includes notable contributors such as art director Sunil K George, costume designer Nisar Rahmath, and makeup artist Ronex Xavier. Thavasi Raj orchestrates the action sequences, with associate directors Prem Puthupally and Sreejith Nandan contributing creatively to the project.
