Sangeeth Sivan planning to reunite with Mohanlal in the near future
Mohanlal-Sangeeth Sivan combo had given us some fabulous movies and their successful movies like Yodha, Gandharvam and Nirnayam still have a cult fan following. As per the latest reports, he is planning to reunite with Mohanlal in the near future. Sangeeth Sivan who is the brother of popular cinematographer and director Santhosh Sivan made his debut here in Mollywood through a movie named Vyooham.
Later he had directed 6 films in Mollywood and 3 of them with Mohanlal in the lead. All their films were box office successes and among them, Yodha has the biggest fan following. They had earlier planned a sequel to Yodha, titled as Yodha 2. But the accident that happened to Jagathy Sreekumar made them shelve that project as Jagathy Sreekumar- Mohanlal combination was the highlight of the project.
Sangeeth Sivan had done many Bollywood movies as well and he had produced some movies here in Mollywood. His last production venture was a horror film named E in Mollywood. A few days before he went to meet Mohanlal in Mumbai and posted photos of him with Mohanlal in his official Facebook page. As a reply to one of his followers regarding the chance of a project with Mohanlal, he said that there is no immediate one but there will be one in the near future.
