‘Theevandi’ heroine Samyuktha Menon is thrilled to play the female lead opposite Dulquer Salmaan
Samyuktha Menon had shot to fame in Mollywood through just a song from the upcoming movie titled Theevandi starring Tovino Thomas in the lead. That song video from Theevandi had become a huge hit that made Samyuktha very popular here in Kerala. Now, she is quite thrilled about playing the female lead opposite none other than Dulquer Salmaan, in Oru Yamandan Prema Kadha.
It is a romantic comedy directing by the debutant named Noufal, which was scripted by the super hit team of Vishnu Unnikrishnan and Bibin George. It is their third script after Amar Akbar Anthony and Kattappanayile Rithwik Roshan and the filming of this movie is going on in full swing at Kochi now.
Samyuktha Menon said that she is extremely happy to bag this role and is very excited about the project. Sharing screen space with Dulquer Salmaan is a big thing for a newcomer like her. Meanwhile, Theevandi, the film which made her popular will grace the screens in this coming Onam season. As per the latest report, it will grace the screens on August 24th.
She will have a release in September as well. Her film titled Lilly directed by debutant Prashobh Vijayan will grace the screens on September 7th. Oru Yamandan Prema Kadha will only be released in next year January.
