After Samuthirakani, actor Salim Kumar too want Jayaram as the hero in his next directional venture?
Popular Tamil actor Samuthirakani is making his directional debut in Malayalam through a movie titled Aakashamittayee, which has Jayaram playing the lead role. Now, another actor-turned-director also wants Jayaram to play the lead in his next.
The actor-turned-director is none other than National award winning actor Salim Kumar.
Now, we hear that Salim Kumar is all set to direct his third movie. As per the reports coming in, this movie will have popular actor Jayaram in the lead role.
Reports also suggest that the shooting of this movie will start this year itself. Anyway, official confirmation regarding this project is yet to come.
Salim Kumar debut directional venture was Compartment, a film depicting the issues faced by disabled children. Then he directed a movie titled Karutha Joothan. Karutha Joothan hit the screens a few weeks back and the movie has Salim Kumar himself in the lead role.
Meanwhile, Aakashamittayee will hit the screens soon. This Samuthirakani directional movie is the remake of director’s own Tamil movie Appa. This film produced by Subair also has Iniya, Kalabhavan Shajon, Sarayu, and Usha in important roles besides Jayaram.
