Reports came against the Telugu dubbing of Mohanlal is all fake, Says Sibi Jose Challissery!
Last month, some reports came in online Medias that Telugu director Koratala Siva, who had directed Janata Garage with Mohanlal and Jr. NTR in the lead, is unhappy with the Telugu dubbing of Mohanlal in the film. The report said that Telugu people also complaining about Mohanlal’s Telugu dubbing after watching the movie Manamantha directed by Chandrashekhar Yeleti, which had Mohanlal in the lead role. Mohanlal dubbed in his own voice for that film by learning the Telugu language. Later Koratala Siva himself come out and said that reports about Mohanlal’s dubbing are all fake and Mohanlal had done a very good job for the movie. When Mohanlal asked him to make some other to dub his portion, it was he who insisted Mohanlal to dub in his own voice. Now, Sibi Jose Challissery, the assistant director of the movie said that Mohanlal had done a great job and Telugu people appreciating him for this as well.
He said that Telugu people loves their mother tongue and they feels great when somebody from other state comes there and speaks their language. They take pride in that as well. When Mohanlal learned the language and dubbed in his own voice, they become happy and they never criticized him for his diction or pronunciation of Telugu words. Instead, they had appreciated him and really loved him for what he did. He says that all other reports are just fake.
