Finally! Release Date confirmed for Ramaleela; Dileep’s biggest ever release on cards!
After so much anticipation, the release date of Dileep starrer movie named Ramaleela has been announced officially last day. Director Arun Gopy and producer Tomichan Mulakupadam announced that the movie will grace the screens on the 28th September this year.
The latest reports say that Ramaleela is going to become the biggest ever release in the career of Dileep till now. No Dileep films got more than 120-130 screens here in Kerala till now and Ramaleela expected to get more than 150 screens on its opening.
It was actually planned for a July release this year and then came the legal issues against Dileep related to the case of Kidnapping and molesting a popular actress. Dileep got arrested as a suspect in this case and that made the team behind the movie to postpone the release of the movie.
There were reports earlier that if Dileep got out from Jail, they would have released it as an Onam release this year. But that not happened.
Arun Gopy, the director of this movie, is a debutant and this political thriller was scripted by popular writer/director Sachi.
Prayaga Martin plays the female lead in it and artists like Radhika Sarath Kumar, Renji Panicker, Mukesh, Vijaya Raghavan, Kalabhavan Shajon etc also playing important characters in it.
Gopi Sundar is the music director of this movie and the camera has been cranked by Shaji Kumar.
