Rajinikanth to play a police officer in AR Murugadoss movie
Superstar Rajinikanth had made a terrific comeback as a star this year as his latest release named Petta had become a huge box office hit. Petta directed by Karthik Subbaraj had presented the superstar in vintage style and it was accepted the fans and film lovers wholeheartedly. Now, the latest reports say that the superstar is all set to play a police officer in his next.
Popular director AR Murugadoss had already said that his next film will be with Superstar Rajinikanth and it will be produced by Sun Pictures who also bankrolled Petta. Earlier there were reports that AR Murugadoss- Rajinikanth movie will be a political thriller. But the team behind the movie denied those reports.
Now, close sources to the movie say that AR Murugadoss is all set to make the superstar wear Khaki again after long years. Murugadoss’s previous film was with Thalapathy Vijay, named Sarkar. It was a political thriller which had made a lot of controversy in Tamil Nadu. Even the film had got mixed reviews, owing to the controversy, it had done great in the box office. But AR Murugadoss had received a lot of criticism as a filmmaker.
