Pulimurugan to roar in Telugu States from December!
Pulimurugan, the first ever Malayalam movie to gross over 100 crores is now on its way to make its place in the 150 crore club as well. This Mohanlal starrer had become one of the biggest south Indian blockbusters ever and now its Telugu dubbed version named Manyam Puli is getting ready for a grand release all over the world as well. Two days before, the release date of the Telugu dubbed version was officially published through the Facebook page of producer Tomichan Mulakupadam. The film will hit the screens on the 2nd December this year and it will be distributed by Mulakupadam films in association with Saraswathy Films.
Earlier they had planned to release it on the 25th November. But the currency issue that hit our nation prompted them to postpone the release of the movie to December 2nd. It will be better for the movie as the currency issue is expected to settle down within a week and the theaters will start to fill in with the crowd as well. Manyam Puli will get a great number of screens there in Andhra/Telangana region and Mohanlal now has a great fan following and market there, especially, after the blockbuster success of his movie with Jr. NTR named Janata Garage this year. The presence of Jagapathi Babu will also boost the movie there.
