Prithviraj says Goodbye to his production house August Cinema!

August Cinema is known for producing some good movies in Mollywood. It gains huge popularity because of Prithviraj Sukumaran as it was the production company co-owned by the actor. Now, the actor says goodbye to the production house. So, the last movie of Prithviraj’s August Cinema is Mammootty starrer The Great Father.

August Cinema was founded on 2011 by Prithviraj along with Shaji Nadesan, director-cinematographer Santhosh Sivan. Later, actor Arya too joined them. The first production venture of the production house was Prithviraj starrer Urumi.

August Cinema produced movies like The Great Father, Anuraga Karikkin Vellam, Darvinte Parinamam, Double Barrel, Indian Rupee etc.

The company also distributed many films like Banglore Days, Iyobinte Pusthakam, 7th day etc. Prithviraj through his official page wrote a thanking note titled “THE END IS ALWAYS A BEGINNING” to his business partners and followers. Prithviraj doesn’t forget to wish his business partners the very best in the journey ahead.
