Pranav Mohanlal’s surfing scenes in Irupathiyonnam Noottandu will be shot in South Africa

Pranav Mohanlal had made a grand entry as a hero this year through the blockbuster success of Aadhi and now he is doing his second film named Irupathiyonnam Noottandu. Ramaleela fame director Arun Gopi is helming this project and Tomichan Mulakupadam is bankrolling this big-budget project under his banner named Mulakupadam films.

As per reports, Pranav Mohanlal plays a surfer in this movie and the exciting surfing scenes in this movie will be shot at Cape Town, South Africa, says the director.

Arun Gopi said that Pranav Mohanlal is giving his best for this character as he had learned surfing skills at Bali, Indonesia. He had gone to Bali and stayed there one month to study Surfing to make his character perfect. In Aadhi, he had stunned the audience with high octane Parkour stunt sequences. He had learned Parkour for Aadhi and he had already trained in mountain climbing and gymnastics as well.

According to Arun Gopi, working with an actor like Pranav is indeed a blessing as he gives an output beyond a director’s vision and he is completely a director’s actor. The film will be shot on locations at Goa, Pala, Kanjirappally, Hyderabad etc as well. The film will have importance to romance as well along with the action sequences. Actors like Manoj K Jayan, Kalabhavan Shajohn, Dharmajan Bolghatty and G Suresh Kumar will be a part of this film and the heroine of this film will be a newcomer.
