Prabhas to romance Anushka Shetty once again and this time in the big budget movie Saaho?
Prabhas is now India’s one of the leading heroes after the phenomenal success of Baahubali series. It was on the release day of Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, the teaser of his next movie Saaho was revealed. Now, reports are coming in that Prabhas’ Baahubali co-star Anushka Shetty is roped in to play the female lead of this movie.
Earlier, it was reported that the makers were looking for a Bollywood actress to play the female lead.
There were rumors that Bollywood stars like Katrina Kaif, Pooja Hedge, Shraddha Kapoor, Disha Patani were approached to play the heroine role in Saaho. Even reports came in like that Shraddha and Disha were willing to be part of this project and they were dropped from the project because of huge remuneration they demanded.
Finally, reports say that Anushka Shetty is going to be the heroine of Prabhas. There is no official announcement were made regarding the Prabhas’ heroine for the movie.

Saaho is a bilingual movie to be made in Telugu and Hindi. The movie will also be dubbed into other South Indian languages like Malayalam and Tamil. Sujeeth Reddy who made his debut with 2014 hit movie Run Raja Run is the director of Saaho. Sujeeth’s debut directional venture also won him SIIMA Best Director Award.
Reportingly, the movie to be produced by UV Creations has a budget of 150 crores.
