Nivin Pauly to enthrall Kollywood with the movie Richie!
After the blockbuster hit Premam which ran in Tamil Nadu for 200 days the craze for Nivin Pauly is high there. With the aid of this popularity, Nivin’s next Tamil movie is all set to enthrall Kollywood fans. The movie directed by Gautham Ramachandran is now officially titled as Richie. The movie is getting ready to hit the screens soon.
As per reports, the movie will hit the screens in either March or April this year. Earlier there has been reports that the movie was titled as Santa Maria. Then came a news that it has been titled as Avargal. But the makers now officially announced the name as Richie.
This movie is a remake of a Kannada thriller Ullidavaru Kandante and along with Nivin Pauly, artists like Sradha Sreenath, Natty, Prakash Raj, Lakshmi Priya Chandramauli, Ashok Selvan etc will be seen in important roles in this flick.
Nivin Pauly plays a character named Riche in this movie and the story sets in the coastal areas of Tamil Nadu. Prakash Raj plays Nivin’s father character in this flick. Director Gautham Ramachandran said that the title design and poster of the movie will be unveiled in the coming week.
Nivin had committed 3 more Tamil films as well and will do 2 of them this year.
