Last year, with movies like Janata Garage, Oppam, and Pulimurugan he had not only conquered South India but also conquered the worldwide market. Now, he is the most valuable star in overseas market as well from Mollywood. His record-breaking movie Pulimurugan had recently completed its run at UAE/GCC Market after 98 days and it is a record as well.

Pulimurugan is the 3rd best in the list of longest running movies ever in UAE/GCC Market. His movie Drishyam is at the top with 125 days run and Hollywood Movie titanic is at second place with 110 days run there.

Now Pulimurugan occupies the 3rd spot in the list and Mohanlal clearly dominates this market from Mollywood. In USA, UK, New Zealand/ Australia and other parts of Europe as well, he is continuing with his domination as Pulimurugan had set new milestones for Mollywood Cinema at all these places.
