Mohanlal to play the lead in next Malayalam movie of Alphonse Puthran!
If the reports that are coming in from industry sources are true, then the much-awaited combo of Mohanlal and Alphonse Puthran will be uniting for a movie in 2018. Alphonse Puthran had come for the 101 Day celebration of Mohanlal – Priyadarshan movie Oppam a few days back at Kochi. Alphonse Puthran was the one who edited the trailer of Oppam and it had won great appreciation as well. Now reports are coming in that Alphonse Puthran is writing the story of his next Malayalam Movie and it will be with Mohanlal in the lead. But this project will only happen next year as Alphonse Puthran is conducting a research on Mohanlal for this movie.

Before his movie, he will do a Tamil movie and in that movie, Mammootty will play a key role, but he will not be the hero in it. Earlier there were some rumors that Mammootty will play the hero in next Alphonse Puthran movie which will be a bilingual one. There are some reports that Arun Vijay will play the lead in Alphonse Puthran’s Tamil film. But the report about the hero in his Tamil is not a confirmed one.
He had plans to do Hindi film as well, which may be the remake of his movie Neram or Premam in Bollywood.
