Mammootty starrer Streetlights will be released in Tamil as well!
Earlier there were reports that Mammootty’s upcoming movie named Streetlights directed by Shamdat will be an Eid release here in Mollywood. But later it postponed and now reports are coming in that it will release in this coming July last or August first week. The latest update on this movie says that it will have Tamil dubbed version as well and it will release in Tamil Nadu too along with its release in Kerala. Mammootty had completed the Tamil dubbing of this movie a few days back and he joined the sets of his upcoming movie named Parole directing by Sharrath Sandit, a debutant.
In Streetlights, Mammootty plays a mass police character and it is an investigation thriller. Mammootty playing a Cop character after Kasaba, which released last year directed by the debutant Nithin Ranji Panicker. This film named Streetlights is the debut directorial venture of Shamdat, who is a popular cameraman in South India. Mammootty himself produced this movie as well under the banner of Play House Films and it will be distributed by him under this same banner as well.
His Onam release will be Shyam Dhar directorial movie named Ayaal Staraa and before that his Tamil Film named Peranbu will also hit the screens. After finishing the first schedule of Sharrath Sandit movie, Mammootty will join the last schedule of Ajay Vasudev’s Masterpiece.
