Maheshinte Prathikaram Tamil Remake titled as Nimir; Title launched by Superstar Mohanlal
We already reported that master director Priyadarshan is remaking Maheshinte Prathikaaram in Tamil. Today, Superstar Mohanlal revealed the title of this movie. The movie is titled as Nimir.
Udaynidhi Stalin is doing the lead role in this movie. Nimir is bankrolled by Santhosh T Kuruvilla under the banner of Moonshot Entertainment.
The movie will also have Vijay’s Theri Villain Mahendran and he will play the father role of actor Udaynidhi Stalin. Malayalam actress Namitha Pramod will be seen in the lead female role. Samudhrakani will play the villain role in this movie.
Nimiri will not be an exact copy of Maheshinte Prathikaaram.The script is reportedly rewritten considering the tastes of Tamil audience.
Nimir is the debut production venture of Moonshot Entertainment. Moonshot Entertainment is also producing a Malayalam movie with Mohanlal in the lead. Mohanlal himself officially announced that this Moonshot Entertainment production venture will be his next after Odiyan and will be directed by Bollywood director Ajoy Varma.
