Mohanlal – Prithviraj team’s Lucifer to emerge as Mollywood’s biggest hit
Last day, it was Lucifer Day in Kerala as the Mohanlal starrer thriller named Lucifer released call over. The flick directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran and written by Murali Gopi had got phenomenal responses from the audience. As per the initial reports from trade guides in the industry, Lucifer has all the potential to surpass the existing collection records in Mollywood box office and can emerge as the new industry hit in Mollywood.
Now, Mohanlal starrer Pulimurugan is the current industry hit in Mollywood with 86 crores gross from Kerala and around 150 crores gross from its worldwide run. With the stunning report Lucifer is getting now, with the advantage of the summer vacation, it can surpass that figure.
Extra shows and screens are being added to control the crowd and it is raining houseful shows all over Kerala. The Lucifer Mania had begun in the overseas market as well. In Gulf countries and in the USA too, Lucifer had opened big and as per reports, that too will be a new record in Mollywood. It seems that Lucifer will become the 6th movie of Mohanlal to enter into the 50 crore club of Mollywood and also the second one in 100 crore club.
