Kayamkulam Kochunni becomes the second 100 crore club movie of Mollywood
Makers of Kayamkulam Kochunni confirms that the movie entered the 100 crore club. This is the second time a Mollywood movie is entering the 100 crore club. The first movie to do so was Mohanlal starrer Pulimurugan in 2016.
Kayamkulam Kochunni bankrolled by Gokulam Gopalan was directed by Rosshan Andrrews. Written by Bobby – Sanjay team, the movie got young actor Nivin Pauly in the titular role and superstar Mohanlal appeared in a cameo role. Mohanlal’s performance as Ithikkara Pakki was one of the major highlights of the movie.
The total business made by the movie helped Kayamkulam Kochunni to enter the 100 crore club, reveals the makers.
