Kalidas Jayaram to play the titular role in ‘Happy Sardar’
Jayaram’s son Kalidas Jayaram is now quite busy in Mollywood with numerous movies. His movies like Mr and Ms Rowdy, and Argentina Fans Kaattoorkadavu are all set to release soon. He is also part of Santhosh Sivan’s ‘Jack and Jill’. Now, another movie of Kalidas Jayaram movie is all set to roll soon.
The movie titled Happy Sardar, written and directed by couple Sudeep and Geethika, got Kalidas Jayaram in the titular role. The actor will be seen playing Happy Singh in this movie. Like blockbuster hits ‘Punjabi House’ and ‘Mallu Singh’, this movie also got a Punjabi connect.
As per the reports, the story will be told through humour and revolves around the romance of a sardar and a girl of a Knanaya community. Javed Jaffrey, who was last seen in Picket 43, will play a vital role in this movie.
Siddique, Sreenath Bhasi, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Shanti Krishna and Balu Varghese will essay other important roles in this Kalidas Jayaram starrer.
