Fahad Fazil to play a Kannur native in Marthandan movie!
After playing an Idukki Native in the movie named Maheshinte Prathikaram, which had become a blockbuster, Young Star Fahad Fazil is all set to play a Kannur native in one of his upcoming movies directed by Marthandan. The film will be produced by Sophia Paul under the banner of Weekend blockbusters. She had produced movies like Bangalore Days in association with Anwar Rasheed and Kaadu Pookkuna Neram independently. She is the producer of the Mohanlal- Jibu Jacob movie as well which is now filming at Calicut. The screenplay of this upcoming Fahad Fazil- Marthandan movie is written by Joji Thomas, the one who had written the super hit Vellimoonga directed by Jibu Jacob in 2014.
This movie will be a total fun film which will have a love track in it as well. It will be shot in the high ranges of Kannur and Fahad will play a rustic character in the flick, says Joji Thomas. He said that he is not in a position to reveal more about the plot of the film. They are planning to start the movie in 2017 January.
Fahad Fazil will have projects from Anil Radhakrishnan Menon, Mohan Raja, Mahesh Narayanan, Dileesh Pothen, Lijo Jose Pellissery etc.
