Enthiran 2 aka 2.0 postponed to 2018 April
2.0 (Enthrian 2) is the most awaited movie in India now and this is the biggest motion picture made in India till now as well. This Shankar directorial movie has been in its final stages of post-production now and the audio launch of the flick had happened on October 27th this year. As per the latest reports, Enthiran 2 release has been postponed to April 2018 from January 25, 2018.
Earlier there have been reports that it will grace the screens on January 25th, 2018. But now they had fixed the release date on Tamil New Year Day in April 2018. When it started rolling, their plan was to release the movie this year, as a part of Diwali Celebrations. But the delay in completing the filming made them postpone the release to January 2018.
This film is written by Shankar and Jayamohan and produced by Lyca Productions. 400 crores have been used to make this movie and it has been completely shot using 3D technology. Super Star Rajnikanth, Bollywood Super Star Akshay Kumar, Amy Jackson etc play the lead characters in this flick.
Nirav Sha is the DOP of this flick and AR Rahman composed the music. It was Aamir Khan who has been got the offer to play the lead in this movie. But he refused it by saying that no one can replace Super Star Rajnikanth from that epic character named Chitti.
